  • we cook cassava leaf with coconut milk and dried fish or dried shrimp , onion ,garlic;salt . its good with rice  yummy!!!!

  • this is a beautiful post. i lived near there (in guinea and senegeal, west africa), for almost three years; with the manding (mandinka, maninka, malinke) tribe and the mande au village called this, "maffi hakko bantura" or "les feuilles de manioc". it's KILLER, made with palm oil, maggie, onion, piment (habanero), and dried fish! just made some tonight....west africa in hollywood...
