When you say "start to do it," do you mean the testing or interpreting the numbers as well? The more I hear about RBTI the more I want to try it, but I'm wondering if it's realistic to think I could interpret the numbers myself at some point, or if it's only reasonable to work on getting the numbers and taking them to a practicioner?
*Also, do you know if Challen will do online consultations, and is he the only practicioner you recommend? Thanks =)
Okay i see what's going on here (stop stressing out about food and just be free foodwise) but this could also lead to detrimental effects. i mean i'm sure there's more to this than what i'm saying (eating whatever whenever etc), but there's nothing wrong with eating wholesome organic/wild/locally grown foods as lame as that sounds. There's also nothing wrong with eating 80/20 or even 70/30. Eating things like pepperidge farm cookies as opposed to whole foods seems senseless.
@MrAria44 From a logical standpoint yes. Totally senseless. But you should see how much more effective it is for this person to eat Pepperidge Farm turnovers than it is to eat "optimal" foods. You would be forced to question those beliefs as I have on numerous occasions.
@mixolydo Haha. No. It's very simple. He is not a psychic or anything like that. With enough practice anybody could start to do it.
