HI i got tomtom go 930 recently and my voice recognition is that not working and i cant fix it can anyone help me with this please??

WARNING:
Shoppers: TomTom's no longer offer FM transmitting of voice instruction due to laws in Europe they have DISABLED FM Transmitting for the entire world.
Existing TomTom users: if you perform the necessary firmware update above 8.01 you will LOSE FM transmitting of voice instruction. TomTom has disabled this feature for the entire world. Garmin, took a much more logical approach and only disabled it in Hungary and Poland (the two countries that ban the FM tranmission).
