@altareggo Based on the genre of this movie (mondo) it's likely a tongue-in-cheek portrayal. Mondo evolved into the more sensationalist exploitation films of the 70s, and few people believe those 100%. That said, I'm sure the filmmakers knew there would be some overly-credible viewers.

@jdavz322 Saw a great lil doco (no idea on title) on how Judism worked back in the day and how it (and the other Abrahamics) evolved. Showed how at it's inception cities had their own god who resided there, one temple even has the gods footstep carved in stone at the door.
This goes a some way to putting the old testament "god is with us because we were victorious" stuff in context.
Doco went on to show how Judism decoupled from the city and evolved to allow Jews to worship anywhere.

@jdavz322 Saw a great lil doco (no idea on title) on how Judism worked back in the day and how it (and the other Abrahamics) evolved. Showed how at it's inception cities had their own god who resided there, one temple even has the gods footstep carved in stone at the door.
This goes a some way to putting the old testament "god is with us because we were victorious" stuff in context.
Doco went on to show how Judism decoupled from the city and evolved to allow Jews to worship anywhere.

No one can destroy water. IT's almost as if it's "all powerful" compared to whatever humans can do against it.
The best you have is electrolysis which only separates it into gases like oxigen or hidrogen. Then they recombine in the air, again, and condense into water, faster than clouds.
Fire and lightning can do much more harm against water, than you can.

@michiman57 I can prove the earth is flat. Pull a cable from both sides on Alaska and Russia, and the cable will rise up, above the sea, while being tensed and perfectly straight.
It will never sink when you pull it back from both sides, because the water has no curvature. Even after 100 km, the sea line and the cable above it will remain straight.
I even wrote about this, just now, on the Flat Earth Society forum. I'm awaiting replies, and helpers to this expedition.
