"separation of powers" what means that the state can not rule about the citizens without control: In other words: NO abuse of power. Executive, legislative, judiciary. As well as here in Europe but also in USA it is one of the most important parts of constitutions. But the reality looks quite different.They bent the law and imprison revisionist and government critics. Joo power influence everywhere. SYSTEM
The whole criminal justice system,as in prisons,are nothing more then human warehouses.When i was 17 years old i was bullied/extorted by a court appointed lawyer into taking a plea for something i wasent guilty of.He threatened/scared me by saying "if you dont take this plea your getting 20 years" and now this same piece of shit is the county's district judge 20 years latter.

We have a lot of police brutality here in Montreal Canada.
A story just came out today that is pretty mind blowing. You all should give it a look.
