No there is no such thing as first party Vocaloid as different Vocaloid are all made by different companies.

And Utauloid is a free, fan-made Vocaloid software. Some can be very good, but others (most) sound just terrible.

A Vipperloid is an Utau made to troll people into thinking that it is a real Vocaloid in the works.

@tamayo44 So much hate. D: I think she's cool. /< Yeah, her outfit and looks are pretty generic (red eyes, white hair~) but since when did they wear the same outfit consistently anyways? If you look at the nico nico vocaloid PV's, they usually have changed/alternate hairstyles, costumes, design styles. While it isn't far off to say her outfit is just a copy paste of the others with long sleeves, her hair is pretty different compared to the others. I think her personality makes her a nice fit.

That's probably the point behind Tei. There aren't many people who don't know what Naruto is, and a lot more UTAUs are out than there were yesteryear. They're probably just making a statement here: "If this is what passes as a good Utau, then so be it!"

I sort of agree with them if the above is the case. There's a lot of new Utaus out there that are just so bad it's not funny. For Crvipton to do this, I can't think of any other reason.
