i unlocked the rice patties,,, but i dunno how to grow them XD

@hotterthenubitch To till the land, put a yellow wonderful on the hoe and charge it to use it on the rice paddies. You can buy rice seeds from Chen. And then just plant the seeds on the tilled paddies. You do not need to water them because the seeds are already in water. All they need is sun. I suggest planting them as early in Spring as possible. They take 2-3 seasons to grow, and when Winter comes, they die.

I have the same problem where wonderfuls do nothing. The yellow wondeful on my hoe does nothing in the rice paddy. None of the wondefuls work except for the one that increases how much water can be in your water-can. I have the yellow, red and orange

You can get the Yellow Wondeful by getting first place in the Fishing Contest. Obtain a Large Fish S, A, and MAYBE B ranked, and enter it in the Contest. (Tip - You must have Denny unlocked to see this contest.) If you win, you get a Yellow Wonderful, S ranked, and you may then equip it to your hammer, etc. by talking to Charlie. hope I helped!

You must put the yellow wonderful in your hoe and till the land with it. Then you can buy rice seeds from Chen and plant them in the tilled soil. Remember to charge the hoe.

Are you sure you are charging it? You must hold down the button/stylus/whatever and then release.

You only need to use it once.

Secret fishing spots? I don't think there are any. It's just that the ocean is the best place to fish, since you can get pirate treasure and stuff. Also it's easier to get large fish.
