In the English version of Black and White, the cities are not named after that Pokemon type that's featured there, they're named after cloud formations. For example, Accumula -> cumulus. Driftveil refers to cloud drift as well as velum clouds. The Japanese name refers to... sails, for some reason. Perhaps because of the town's proximity to the ocean? I'm not sure.
