@Hamodyxxx0 Its not how much u can lift, its how much you look like you can lift that matters unless all u care about is that the guys in the gym think ur strong
'wear always a belt when your approach your body weight' - WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG... for starters, 100kg is over his bodyweight, but still assuming he wants to progress, he should stay off belts for as long as he can hold his form. Belts weaken your abdominals (relatively) on a squat.
Second - a rear spotter won't do shit... if the gym has one, a safety rack might be a good idea.
Actually... he has two benches acting as a safety rack, so i'm guessing that gym is too pov to have a safety rack lol, but still since he is doing reps in the strength range i'm guessing his abs are adequately strong. Weight belts are usually only recommended for singles-triples..
Belt doesn't weaken your abdominals. It forces them to contract harder, maintaining spine alignment and concentrating energy on the lift. If you only belt your maximal sets, ie. non belted warmups, you still hit your abs hard as your non belted sets increase with your belted ones.
i have a piece of advice: continue to perform squats like these and never sacrifice form for weight.
i see many squats online and guess what; apart for champion weightlifters most people sqauat wrong (not deep enough or they bend too forward with back).
not full sq.

@kenny01622 good point, if you're more of a body builder, its how you look out of the gym not in the gym that counts :)
unless you are specifically looking to build only strength, then weight counts

good reps, but two things goes wrong.
First, wear always a belt when your aproach your body weight.
Second, keep a person behind you, accidents quicly happen !!!
Anyway you squating deeply and straight still working good but more safety.
