Dude! i have this fucking laptop! and it burned out like 6 months and had to buy a new one. actually that was the 2nd burn out cuz it had burned out like a year before. it was the graphics processor. but poin is THIS LAPTOP SUCKS. f hp. right now its in my closet . maybe some1 in the far future ill find it and try to fix it lol

i agree 300% i have the dv9644ca, the hinges are screwed, the lcd latch raddles, the fan is fking annoying as hell, and the left click button fell off, (look at my video on my page of my crappy ass laptop)

i just bought an hp laptop that confused me with its model number. at the upper right corner of the lcd lid, its marked with dv6000, but on the bottom label it is model dv6700, and product # dv6950. which 0ne is right? BTW it comes with 3gb ram & nvidia geforce 8400M GS % 2ghz core 2 processor

the bluetooth is near the 3 leds where u cn seea red light when its off and blue when off and this button enables not just the bluetooth but the wireless lan as well ? so it acts like a safety button , and this model is really nice cos it has every thing for a low cost

take a look at your touchpad. And there is a light...the light depend your touchpad...if it it BLUE, it means ur touchpad is working/ON. If it is RED, it means your touch pad is LOCKED or meaning u need to press the small button there, to make it ON

Go to "Quickplay" either click in the start menu or press the button above the keyboarad and then press the picture icon with the camera, film, and song note. then go to Hp webcam then it should show you looking at your screen. :P
