@THELDSLIFE I've watched that video, it is quite lame, they turn a couple of letters into Nahor found not in the americas, but in the middle east and use it as proof of the Book of Mormon. There is a book in the Bible called Nahum, written by the Jewish prophet Nahum that is probably a far better explanation for their inscription that they are so desperately wanting to be some shred of evidence for the Book of Mormon.

@THELDSLIFE I don't know how you deal my friend. The BOM starts in the Arabian peninsula and he complains it's not in America anywhere. We have Nahom, Bountiful, the River of Laman, the valley of Lemuel all right where the book said they'd be. In America we have a 50 mile long road (or highway) in Yucatan. Bernal Diaz said the natives had better swords than he did lol. The list goes on but it will never be enough for the critic. Take care my friend and God bless.

true true mormons believe that they will one day find something, the only thing they will find is the mormon mountain massicares. I will bet my life on it and Ill bet all I have on that one as well. Mormons will produce smoke and mirrors but never any significant proof

@bigbear6718 Yes, it is amazing the leaps of logic and faith they will go through, to try to turn any artifact from any other group that has been in the Americas, into some type of a proof for the BOM, yet all of the extremely obvious proofs there should be, are glaringly absent. At the same time, the real history, of their church is carefully covered up, ignored, suppressed etc. by the Mormon leaders, while they rewrite their past, to make it look good enough to believe.

Good question, from the context of the verses, it would seem that it was a semi precious metal, about as common as copper or brass, but for some reason non existent today.:-)

You're right about the timeline. Nothing fits any of the Bookofmormon timeline.

I'm amazed people use things like Viking Runestones to prove the Bookofmormon. goofy, yes.

For sure, it's funny, because cement bricks, rocks, metal etc. never just disappears, good archaeologists could expect to find remains of even a small little war, if any of the items were left, and there was a record of where it happened. Even if the items were taken though, they still could turn up somewhere.
