i went through a surgery to remove my tonsils when i was 8...when i came to, my mom asked me what present i want and i replied i want the game vendetta!!!! my asshole brother never let me buy it though cause he said it sucked.....20 years later i find out how wrong he was! i m gonna kill that idiot! lol
I remember there was one piece of evidence in this game I never managed to find by myself. Can't remember what it was exactly anymore, but it might have been the purse or the shoe.
Same problem by me. I need a long time before I need (I think it was the handbag but aren`t sure) all evidences. So it was ever a thing of luck if you made level 3 or not. When the cops wanted the handbag the game was over. If the games wanted another evidence you could pass the level.
@Evilmonkey66699 Agree, System 3 owned the C64 back then. The gameplay, story, graphics and most of all the music, especially in the Last Ninja serie.
What the hell are these stupid sound effects??? I swear this game had (quite good) in-game music, and I have a .SID file with 2 tunes in it. Maybe I'm wrong, but these sound effects are dumb. The Last Ninjas were so good because they had none, because they knew it would make them lame.
i bought this game for my C64 and then only a few months later bought an Amiga 500, but this one will go down in my mental archives as one of the best in my long C64 history. The only let down was the lack of in game music like The Last Ninja had, and given the fact that the intro music to Vendetta was so damn amazing, i don't see why they didn't take a step further and implement some extra tunes, because it would have made a HUGE difference!.
Played this many times on my C64 back in the early 1990s. Cool intro, the 3D sections were good fun too with excellent graphics. However, the gameplay was FAR TOO EASY and the driving sections were simply terrible. Plus, there was no in-game music, which really ruined the atmosphere. It was obvious that Vendetta was trying to cash in on the success of the Last Ninja series, but it didn't do anywhere near as well as the LN games. Vendetta still has nostalgia value I guess. Cheers for uploading.
fucking great game! A lot of effort was put into making this, the quality is evident.

This was an ace of a game. We had only a cassette drive, meaning there was time for a snack, while waiting the driving stages to begin :)
Awesome intro and awesome game from a recognized game company.
Me and my elder brothers always got to the mood by that "Let's rock!" screen!

I never understood why this game had no in-game music. The camera sound is as stupid as I remember it being.

I don't recall ever playing this. Either way, it looks amazing for a C64 game.

Well it was done by System 3 they made some of the best if not the best C64 titles like the Last Ninja Trilogy and Myth

OMG vedetta!!!! i loved this game to death i though it was best game ever.. hmm and i still think it 5/5

loved this even though it borrowed its music samples from the last ninja's was easy to complete and was a bit lazy in comparison.
The driving sections led system 3 to produce Turbocharge.

I never completed this.... haven't seen it in 20 years... yet the intro makes me think of Manhunt on the PS2 for some reason...
