  • Namaste...& thanx, Baniji

  • Oh, a shout out. Thanks :) You're welcome.

Well said. You may not be an expert on the topic, but it all made very good sense.

  • Glad it made good sense! I think that is probably a good guide for anything.....Thanks for taking the time to watch.

  • Really well said. I agree with you, moderation in everything. Sometimes there are more important things than teaching dates of history in schools. I wish educational systems would teach about life. How to budget, what healthy foods are and how to stay healthy, how to invest, how to communicate respectfully, how to raise children in a good environment, how to garden, how to be at peace, etc. I certainly could have used this when I was growing up. I had to learn many things the hard way. Thanks!

  • Yes, I feel like I have spent the first 45 years of my life lost, with misinterpretations, propaganda, misinformation and lousy values that school and my parents instilled in me. The good news is that the next 45 years are my responsibility.

  • caught up finally! (think I mispelled caught on one of my earlier comments, I blame the headache)

can't wait to see the next one!

  • Hi D,

Thanks for watching. Glad you are enjoying the series.

  • I wonder if i am addicted to YouTube, i know i am, yet i don't want to be cured!

    x hugs x

  • LOL!!!

  • Wow- Great topic!! Just about anything can become an addiction- so good to be aware of that fact!! Information is our best defense, so true...

Hope our awareness can bring transformation.

    Namaste Adrian!!

  • Glad you enjoyed this one. Thanks for watching. Hope you are enjoying your summer.

  • Hello Adrian,

I deal professionally with many people battling serious addictions. This is a HUGE obstacle for peace. Addictions fuel so many of societal ills (like crime, broken families).

Personally, I've conquered a carbohydrate addiction (as much as any addict can conquer an addiction). I know in the grand scheme of things, it is of minor consequence, but I've lost 25 lbs and I am so much happier about myself and...more peaceful!

Love this series (even if it wasn't MY idea, lol)

  • Hi Tammy,

Congrads on your personal victory against your carb addiction. I have become aware of carbs and sugar intake and found it very helpful. I even followed Atkins for over a year.

Eating better (and less) is a huge challenge we face in North America. It's worse in the States but I see it starting north of the border as well...

Thanks and glad you are enjoying the series.
