Just like in the police report from when My mother was arrested for child neglect, I was the victim, but I was hand cuffed at the age of 7 and put in the back of a police car. I think it was because the cops had to beg me to down off the neighbors roof. i was never charged, but my point is that even if your a victim they still hand cuff people. would they still hand cuff her if he was charged w/ statutory rape? she would still be a victim.
