  • As a daughter of a flower child who went to Woodstock, who grew up to marry her soulmate who is Persian, and went to his country with him after 25 years being away since the revolution, let me say only, this song means so much to me. And that we are walking hand in hand, today.

  • I respect and hope for the best for the innocent people in Iran. Not to keen on their leaders. I worked as a Firefighter in her "woodsy" town. Met her once at the local grocery store. Very nice lady and still looking quite good!!!

  • In all my travels two countries have stood out in terms of the friendliness of their peoples - Malawi and Iran. Malawi is so very poor but they are simply lovely. In Iran you just get cheerful waves, hugs and food. I love them and I do so hope that things will get better.
