Make a spawn for them. Press on Entity tool and just click in your map (In Camera) And you will see a T. Then you got 1 player. If you add 10 T there can only be 10 T. Now, if you want counter terrorist. Make the entity press in your map, press on selection tool and double click on it. then search for, info_player_counterterrorist then hit apply and then press in your lvl where you want it. It same there, if you want 10 or more Ct's you can only beable to be 10 players or more. Hope this helps!
