Northgate is only within 20 minutes of Downtown if traffic is light, which unfortunately doesn't happen very often. It's adjacent to terrible bottlenecks which begin just south of it southbound and northbound. The best way to get to Northgate is to take Metro buses, but easy access is only on the east & north sides of the mall, but transit centers are just a couple of blocks south & north. The best thing to do is not move here!!
