Okay, Im going to go and tell everyone about the different brances. The airforce has mechanics and pilots. The pilots get flight and survival training, but Army and Marines get way more of it. The Navy; I can't say much for. They get good training but I don't know much about it. Then theres Socom, like Paratroops, Rangers, Special Ops, Delta. People also talk about the Navy Seals being the best. The seals are overratted. Except for Seal team 6. They all do different jobs, for America. So thanks

i would also be in JROTC if my school had it but i go to a Catholic school and they dont so thats why im not in that. but you shoudl still respect the people of CAP as we do respect those in JROTC and the military. All CAP and JROTC are are training programs for the younger who are interested in the military. we should always respect people for that even if we think they are lame or do nothing.

Ok, first yes the incentive is true the 45k is for enlistment as an 11B where half is paid once BCT is completed and the other half paid after AIT. Second the data in the article is over 6 months old and is severely outdated as the Army (i cannot speak for other branches) has posted record recruitment stats for the summer of 07 this far.

They are instead used in support roles are transportation soldiers, petroleum specialists, mechanics, and logistics soldiers.
