Well, I didn't quite say it was a scene for scene remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, now did I?
It does have Rocky Horror elements (The lips, the hair, the stilettos, the fishnets), perhaps the art director used the film for inspiration. It certainly fits in with the theme of the song. YOU cannot tell me otherwise, because you don't know jack shit, especially if you cannot see the similarities I'm talking about.
