  • Buyer agents. Sounds nice but in fact they represent their own interests.

  • newhomedreams - thank you for posting this video. It is a testament to the services you sought out and received that you took the time to make a video and put it out here. I hope all your friends and family have benefitted from your experience.

  • enaznada - it's not enough and you know that. There is an inherent conflict of interest in representing both buyers and sellers, whether it's in the same transaction or not. Your comment, which basically refutes a consumer's personal testimony, is proof enough that you hope the public continues to believe there is no difference between EBA's and "buyer's agents" who also take listings or work in agencies that do.

  • I'm a Triad area Realtor (Zane Gerringer of Allen Tate), and I hear this argument a lot - or complaint rather. It is unethical to steer a buyer-client to any home other than the properties they want to see. I don't suggest specific properties for buyers - the consumer is far too smart , and they have access to all of the listings. They determine the criteria, and I schedule the appointments. There is a fiduciary responsibility to both buyer and seller clients alike. Google 'Zane Gerringer'

  • Thanks for sharing this video. I never knew these services were available. It definitely sounds like it would be worth looking into. Thanks again!
