hi i noticed you had some water effects in this!

i was wondering does it require the Soaked Expansion pack?

i dont have the original game and im hoping to get it because i just learnt that you can make displays!

yes you do need the soaked expansion pack to gain those water effects however, the ones i use are some that came in a firework pack that i downloaded online.
