It is a combination of two basic hip moves:
The Hip slide & The Hip Twist
Start by sliding your hips out, but keep them level.
Then twist your body from the waist, leaving one hip in front of the other.

Bend your knees, keep them flexible, just like your feet. The secret is, feel your HIPS
and pelvis as the center of your energy, and feel the tambourine music.
