These cars are most likely already developed in America and Europe. But think of the consequences it will lead to. All the oil companies would lose share of the market and this would lead to serious ecenomic problems. These cars will only be properly launched when oil reserves have gone out

Think about it if we cut out gas out of our monthly expenses we would be saving money, so spending that extra saved money on more expensive water is nothing.

The truth is that this new technology probably does work, the real worry is the threat of being silenced by the dark forces who don't want this stuff getting out. Many brilliant but naive inventors have been threatened into silence or murdered because of the threat they pose.
