This dude is awesome, and the trapeze, if you're an able bodied person is so "funtastic" to use, really allows deeeeep stretching utilizing gravity.
Lucas also gives you great service above and beyond with massive value. As a yoga trapeze owner, I recently received another... about 8 more videos for even more deeep stretches, and this was about 2 years after I bought the thing.
