It's pretty much a song about Flandre losing her "vampric virginity" (meaning sucking blood >_>). Remembering how shes only drank prepared blood and had it mixed into her food. I imagine this is because Remila doesnt want her realising how tasty everyone is. Trying it fresh for the first time would be quite for her, and utterly disastrous for the rest of Gensokyo. o_o
