  • I'm just amazed they called a full baya-inah so quickly. That may explain why Katwan the optimistic came up with the flat iron (not even a steam iron). Most matches that I have been to last longer.

  • I'm not gonna read through all the comments, but did anyone else want Hugh to hit Steven with the iron?

  • @sixinabag I seemed to have spelled Stephen wrong. All apologies.

  • Respond to this video...Obviously, I used the past tense "seemed" when I should have used the present tense "seem" in the previous sentence. I'm just gonna bugger off and hope for a present tense video in which one or the other hits his counterpart with an iron.

  • does anyone else thing stephen fry looks a tad bit like james may in this?

  • This reminds me of a sketch by Jiskefet called English sports.

  • I love this. You don't get anything so silly and slapstick anymore. Fry and Laurie really were the comedy Gods of Britain following Morcombe and Wise. I can't think of anything that makes me smile more than a Fry & Laurie sketch. We've got nothing like this anymore and it's a shame.

  • Gorgeous legs Hugh! And those shorts don't leave much to the imagination for either of them. Great sketch! LOL

  • I have actually sat here and tried to work out the logics of this game. silly me.

    :D x

  • Well you could argue that the Solingurisnat was a bit iffy. I'm not sure the Wolf should have had the stoflirenian.

  • This has got a bit of Monty Pythons kind of humour.Silly but funny :-)

  • I used to live near where they filmed this I remember walking pass them in the next field wondering what on earth they were doing. well now I know.

  • @hc4jd LMAO!!!!!

  • totally unpredictable

  • Drowsynumbness: As an Indian, why don't you ask yourself why your country of 1 billion people lives in squalor. I'd rather live in a favela in Rio.

  • Looking at some of the comments, I am apparently not the only one who would not mind sitting on Hugh Laurie's lap for a while...

  • This.... is....AWESOME!

  • This is what cricket and American football look like to me.

  • I just LOVE this video. it's completely silly and hilarious!

  • Has to be one of my favourites.. (:

  • Um.

Hugh's thighs are bulging with muscles. That is to say, wow.

  • @theradiomanlaughs I noticed that, too.

  • From the thumbnail i thought it was a tennis competition. LOL XD

The sense of humor is top notch.

  • what does he say at 1:03 ?

  • @sadkiedis "And we have a full Bo-yie-yinaa..."

It's a nonsense word invented purely for the sketch.

  • This is a typical Python sense of humour:-))

  • I'm surprised the commentator would be so remiss as to neglect to mention the most important difference between Kanwaniwani and Bushwallyta, namely that the ref uses a yellow flag instead of a red.

  • And next week we will be in Chile for the Afwaffadaffa SpurtHadey games! Love these two.

  • lol they are making fun of Sumo wrestling

  • Holy!!! Did you see the thighs on Hugh???? Every muscle is marked!!

  • I don't know about you lot, but I'm really looking forward to the Chilean Aff'Waffa-Daffa Spoet-Heydi Games!

  • hahaha affwaffa daffa...oh my the crazyness i love it!

  • does not the commentary in this sketch sound silimar to that of Gordon Burns in the Kypton Factor?

  • stephen fry looks like jeremy clarkson in this video

  • funny: I was thinking he looked like James may

  • oh man do i miss this show :( they need to go back together!!

  • tatal agree on that

  • Eyy...

It seems that nobody had commented Stephen's pair of thighs.

well, let me be the first one though.

    it looks clean shaven! :D

  • wow! i didnt knew that hugh had sutch muscles legs!

  • LMAO!!! Amazing bit! Bravo.

  • Hugh's got some muscular thighs. Yumm!

  • I do love those Bar-yar-ya-yinnyas, they should put that into that spot... you know the boring one... cricket.

  • As an American I feel confident in stating that this sport is much easier to understand than cricket.

  • Well, as a Spaniard, I have to agree.

  • And, as an Englishman, I'm forced to agree as well. Old chap.

  • @soctennis8 As an Indian, I feel great comfort in knowing that Americans are as stupid as they have always been.

  • @weepingmidwinter

Probably because you robbed them of their land and culture and more, and killed off as many of them as you could.

  • @ignoranttwat That'd be the English, ignorant twat. America didn't do that to them, and don't try to tell me we are the English, my family is Norse. Besides, I was just being a dick back to him for his rude comment, my comment doesn't even make sense. lol fuck that curry loving bastard, i hope he chokes on his Thums Up, i'll have me a vanilla Coke.

  • @weepingmidwinter

Wait..major misunderstanding here...I couldn't find the other guy's comment, and as you said you were American, I assumed you meant Native American/Indian. Oh well.

  • @ignoranttwat It's all good man lol.

  • @weepingmidwinter Ironic, since the richest nation in the world refuses to feed its own but bombs innocent people on a regular basis.

  • @drowsynumbness yeah, sux. i wouldn't say we are the richest, just that the richest reside here. We are their slaves essentially. Not my bombs, not my choice, they crush rebellion now. Land of the free, my left nut

  • i do not understand. :D

  • What's not to understnad? It's a fairly standard Bush'Waleeta third round replay.

  • On the contrary, its quite an easy to understand sport.

  • well im american :)

  • Well, yes. The rules are, slightly different, from the American version.

  • Well I guess it was unfair... you see, that iron was not flat... and that chair did't have an umbrella on top, the rules are pretty clear on that point.

  • However many times I watch this, it never gets old!

  • Good lord Hugh had some nice legs, it was all I could do to pay attention to what was going on and not just stare at how well those shorts fit him.

Very funny sketch too, especially love all of the odd sounds Fry keeps making. ^-^

  • OMG Those shorts...nightmares...O.O XD

  • Having just finished watching the Olympics... yeah, I could see this sport actually existing!

  • Kinda reminds me of the judo I watched...it also made no sense to me.

  • lol☺☻☺ Great show!!☺☻☺

  • lol this is so weird that its good.

  • Their brains are really extraordinary...

  • I like the full Ben-Twendo!

  • lol why can't they have shows like this anymore??

  • and we have a full by-aninya

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • oh dear, only a flat iron, not even a steam iron...

hugh doesnt need an iron to creat steam..

    ;]i love them!

  • Oustanding

  • and we have a full ba-ayinya

    lmao

  • and we have a full ba-ayinya

    lmao

  • nice thighs and he's got a gorgeous ass too1

  • Sad thing is if I were bored enough just sitting around the house and this sport were to show up on ESPN - I would probably sit and watch. Oh, by the way, nice legs Hugh. Hubba Hubba.

  • ahahahaha how do they make picnic chairs and irons out of grass? ahahahahaha

  • lmao how do they think that stuff up

  • Damn I guess Hugh works out.

  • I think you mean 'DAAAAMMNN' ;-)

  • okay... DAMMMMMMNNNNN!! I guess Hugh works out. XD Better?

  • Why Mr Laurie, what nice thighs you have.

  • To be honest, I could not keep my eyes of his legs. All the rowing during Cambridge obviously paid off.

  • I know! Especially at around 0:30-0:39.

  • He should play Frank'n Furter. His legs would look fantastic in suspenders!

  • Priceless! Never seen this one before!

    Please feed me some blood.

  • Pssssssht... I can make a steam iron out of grass.

  • They went to University to make that

  • apart from some light padding, you can really see their bodies. hot.

  • wow. Hugh's really got some thighs on him.

    Great clip <g> <3 ABoFL :)

  • yes i noticed that too :)

  • moi aussi! They were v. muscly, weren't they? lol
