That was impressive, yes but only from a standpoint that these guys are very fit. From this footage alone no martial arts skill can be seen (althogh it is most likely assumed). To be honest I would rather see 3 minutes of people practcing a decent side kick or reverse punch
its amazing gymnastics, tho i'm sure they are all very proficient martial artists
