feeling and expressing frustration can sometimes be beneficial, because if you sound too disconnected and meek, they may think you are just religious, but if you show that you are frustrated and hurt, it may show them that you are invested in them emotionally, and that they are not just a notch on your belt. Love is not always soft, it can be blunt, the trick is to let it be godly reproof, not just personal anger.
