Siciliano made me cry a little while I was rehearsing in my wind ensemble.

My high school wind ensemble is playing this :) I'm really excited because we rotate parts and for this piece I'll be playing 3rd clarinet (I usually play 1st) but this piece is amazing and I love all the parts :) Siciliano is my favorite but Rondo is awesome because 3rd clarinet and the other lower register instruments are the power house of that part.

@cynthiayl12 Yes they are. My high school band is playing this. The part for the maracas is very punctual and on-the-beat. I have no idea what this guy was doing.

So we're playing this in band this year and it's amazing :]

This i'd say by far is the best recording I've found on YouTube..the trumpet solo towards the end of Siciliano could have had more air behind the sound. The Alto solo in that movement was beautiful. Makes me damn proud to be one of the Saxes.

Wow. Wonderful job. We just started working on this for a thing up in Indianappolis and it's SO HARD for a middle school band to play. I honestly think that Rondo is IMPOSSIBLE. LOL

Yeah, I had to play it too

it's hard at first but after a while it gets alot easier to play
