No, he posts the cheats in the Penguin catalogues and other cheats like where to find pins. He was also one of the first to ever make a Club Penguin help site. He had his site like 5 years ago when I started CP. He's worked really hard to get where he is today and chobots and other games are hosting parties etc. just for him.
