The apostles spoke through inspiration of the Holy Spirit however what they spoke and Jesus spoke were direct quotatations from the Old Testament. The NT wasn't "new" doctrine it's a fulfillment of OT prophecy in regard to everything relevant, the life death and resurrection of Christ to the topic of escatology (end time prophecy).

Josephus was a 1st century Jewish historian and eyewitness to the Jesus life n death. He believed Jesus was God, he believed Jesus was the Messiah, he believed in heaven and hell. I suggest the person in this video research history before making false claims about manuscript evidence and so forth!

@sailing19100 To be fair, and I am not picking on you so please do not be offended. The new testement says Jesus condemned, and there are no texts or articles of evidence to prove Jesus as the bible portrays him at all. There are some ancient writings that speak of a man named Jesus who was respected, noble, educated, and wise, but not born from a virgin, performed miracles, or rose from the dead. So, knowing what I know from hours of research, I do not believe in the "god" Jesus.

@InteGrayting I appreciate the fairness, and likewise to you. Scripturally, Jesus and the apostles declared that Jesus came to save, not condemn. The truth is veiled in scripture, just as the truth of Jesus was veiled by his coming in the flesh, so that even his closest followers could not understand the revelation for the intentional concealment. I trust you have read the gospels and letters, have another look if you count yourself as an honest seeker of hidden things.

Kim Michaels radiates sincerity; this is such a welcomed quality in this day of self-promotion. I really appreciated the clarification as to how the channeling works with him whereby he does not hear hemessage inhis mind before the words are spoken but as the words are spoken. This makes for a pure teaching without interference from the human consciousness. Blessings be uponthis work.

Oh this is a fallacy. Actually Kim himself admits that the consciousness of messenger influence the message. But it is indeed so that all of his messages are pure. Nevertheless there is ever a possibility that even the true teachings can have mistakes in them.

This is similar to the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, which IS featured on Oprah...and who is part of a worldwide web event called "A New Earth". So, Oprah IS attempting to get the word out about presence and consciousness.

Indeed, what can help us go beyond conflicts and divisions, both among different religions, as well as between religion and science, is the concept of UNIVERSAL SPIRITUALITY, which Kim is talking about. And this concept should be more widely promoted (even on Oprah, yes). Because it is a precondition for a lasting peace, which stems from a deeper understanding of reality, and not from political "correctness" and compromise.

IMO people should use these beautiful teachings and powerful tools to first raise themselves and then share them to people they are close to who are ready to go on a serious spiritual journey.

I don't think it's good emailing Oprah and other media outlets where the majority of the people will turn it into another Course in Miracles or The Secret hype-cult. When people are ready I think they'll find it. When u start pushing for maximum exposure just for attention, it always seems to backfire.
