  • lol...maybe ill ask on the PJ forum, if there is no name, maybe u could name it:) we need names so we know what people r up to (ourselves included) & yes, name learning is quite tricky..it comes w/time, hang in there my friend. yeah it is hard to resist. YES i also after tellin u i wouldnt try, went & did & man the shoulder really feels it..WTH? whats the trick to this 1, i wanna know the secret:) yeah never overuse the shoulder repeatedly on those kind of moves, u dont want a torn shoulder cuff

  • Thanks for the nice comments :) Glad you enjoyed the video :)

That move at 1:05 is called the high impact matrix... at least that's what we call it at our studio. To learn it try it with the bottom arm bent first so it's supporting the side of your body (low impact matrix). Once you can do that do it with both arms straight and remember to look up towards the ceiling.

  • EXCELLENT WORK!

  • ITA! i only tried a couple times & said, ill end up at the dr and stopped, lol. very twisted and idk alot of strength needed, cant quite try it w/ any certainty that i wont get injured, so ill wait on it lol. whats that called, do u know twirl? xoxo
