MLL is the Major League Lacrosse, which is pro field lacrosse in the US, and NLL is the National Lacrosse League, which is box-lacrosse

MLL is out side and has a feild w/ defense sticks and normal golies

NLL is in an arena w/ walls and its all short sticks and the golie is a sumo wrestler and the goal is about the size of his leg pad

Gymman, your prediction came true. Another one goal game. Talk about playing tight, Duke had so many unforced turnovers. All you have to know about Hopkins' play was contained in Huntley's no look goal in the 2nd qtr. What utter aplomb! You have to be supremely confident to take that shot.

Hopkins-Duke is going to be a great game, IMHO. Both teams have great talent and senior leadership. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a one-goal game once again!

For having such a young team and since they were adjusting to a new offensive system, Navy had a fine season in 2008. And they have a lot of their team coming back for 2009. Kudos to Richie Meade. He is the best example in College Lacrosse of a coach who does more with less.
