I miss this game so much! I started playing this back when I was 6 years old in the later 90s. What a wonderful game! I still played it up until the Windows 95 we had died 2 years back.

I played it also when I was little!! Sooo much fun! Now I have a Win7 laptop and I want to install it on it...but! Can't find it anywhere besides the CGN version.

Where can I find patch 1.3? Been searching all over for it...also, when i try to patch the CGN version with patch 1.2...it fails! Please help, fellow simmers!

This game had impresive physics and was really fun to play! I'll never forget that sun! . I loved the mission where you had to destroy incoming enormous Antonovs coming to invade the base.

You'd want to look for the v1.3 download. The CGN abandonware version is 1.2 and runs a bit troublesome on XP.

If you ever try to run differents versions on the same PC, then gt ready to write down the serial number that pops up asking you if its correct.

I own the Mac version of this game and had a ton of fun taking off making a u-turn and dropping bombs on my own planes/buildings.  I think I only successfully completed a few missions.

yea same. I spent a lot of time exploring little easter eggs in the game like the bad guys hide out, the cave, some cool cities n stuff. good times.... oh and I'm sure I could take off and land a real a-10 with no problem.

I had it for PC and I loved it. I was one of the top pilots in the "joint ops" game by Novalogic because of this. I love the landing map because I'd turn on my weapons and shoot down my comrades.

Great game, one of the best flight sims. I loved the mission where you had to destroy the tobacco trucks.

And yeah, dogfighting the Mig-29s was insane (at least when carrying 15,000 lbs of ordinance and fuel).
