Great video on how to make a mojito drink and liked the way you do your recipe graphics and what ingredients you use and where they come from...very nice. But, I don't think I would like to taste this mojito drink...since it seems like a tart and strong drink...since it is referred to as a Man's drink...LOL. I am more of a sweet drinker...I like pina coladas, strawberry daiquiris, and kahlua and cream. I won't mind trying a chocolate martini, your gingerbread martini and a cherry daquiri.

If you ask me (which you didn't, but what the hey), if you use crushed ice rather than cubes, it lends itself better to the cocktail.

Also when muddling, it helps to place a napkin over the top of the glass and then go to town on the lime, sugar and mint leaves.
