Seriously. As an instructor you are there to pass on your knowledge of the sport. Wearing a helmet is a very basic safety aspect of the sport. Not wearing a helmet
promotes "no helmet wearing" amoungst your students.
Wether its grade 5 or flat water:
WEAR A HELMET!!!!!!
