You're comparing many of the photos to baby pictures. A small child's eyes are naturally larger and set in a different proportion to the face. But as you age, your eyes become smaller as the proportions of your face change. Not the other way around as some of the comparison photos in these kinds of videos depict. There are many ways to give this impression through make up and lighting. But it's too obvious in many cases that some surgery has come into play. But not saying surgery is wrong.

What i like from Japanese Idol is :

They give an example to the youth how to accept themselves of who they are and how they look. Plastic Surgery is not an answer to increase self confidence. As long as you got talent, you can perform, no matter how you look.

@tomcruz198 Well, according to ISAPS 2010, "China" is plastic surgery No1 in asia. It's natural because China has many people in that big land. And Japan has many people too.

Japan was "15th" in the world by counting the ratio by 2009 ISAPS. Sorry I couldn't find 2010 ISAPS resource about it. Please check the official ISAPS resource before commenting.
