Only he knows if he is, but you do not have to mention God's name in order to sing praise to him. I think what matters is if you are singing to him from your heart. There are even some non-Christian songs that make me think of him. And hey, you could be singing a song with his name in it without necessarily focusing on Him.

This song always confuses me. Not one time in this song is there any reference to Jesus Christ, or God in any way. Listen to the Lyrics, he could easily be singing this song about his girlfriend/wife. In no way does this song Glorify God.
