  • I saw Foreigner in '82. The music was great, the vocals sucked. This guy is 10x better live.

    I actually remember hearing "Urgent" here in Bogota, Colombia in 1982 or '81. I was perhaps 12 at that time, but I sure remember that song.

    Foreigner got really lucky landing Kelly Hansen. Great voice and great energy on stage. Great performer!

  • His name is Kelly Hansen. I was surprised too. His voice is not too off from Lou Gramm's. It's really not fair to compare, but then again just like Steve Perry has always been Journey's sound, I think the same is true with Foreigner. But Hansen is really really good. Great voice, great energy.
