Why does a person laugh when he says it's more important to prevent unwanted births in America than unwanted births in the third world?. This guy is 100% correct. In Australia we have a disaster called the baby bonus, a govt stimulus to increase population yet we have very limited water resources and we have the highest carbon footprint per capita on earth. There needs to be more education on this.
Hiya Bucket - I believe its a good point laugh - rather than a critical laugh. I know its a contentious subject, so can be hard to tell.
