Seriously, and I hate to be a drag, but I worked for an orthopedic surgeon veterinarian who put corgis back together all the time. Don't do stuff like that to your corgi, no matter what its age. I don't give a &^%#$! what the breeder says....it is NEVER safe. Their spines are unnaturally long in proportion to the rest of their bodies, and they take unusual strains all their lives. I had a dog with partial paralysis, and you don't want that. Trust me. :(
