Nah, usually Tegan is the one that talks a lot. Sara does speak up though, and in recent interviews its more fiftyfifty.  Plus in live performances, they both speak about the same (at least at the performances i've been at).

I think it's safe to say Sara was always the cooler of the Quin twins. She has cool hair and clothes (for ten years ago) and she's more relaxed. Tegan was, and still is adorable. It's funny how their roles have switched. Tegan has turned into the hotter sister, and now Sara is the one who rambles on and on while Tegan stays quieter.
