My ESF limnology class sampled it this year. It's eutrophic from sewage runoff and very unhealthy, and we weren't allow to sample the bottom sediment, but there are plenty of plants and fish living in it.
theres 1 good thing i didnt smell any shit this year from the lake like it was before it is getting cleaner no doubt they already took tons of those blue containers to be burned at a ultra high temperature so it does not hurt the enviroment as bad as puting it far down in the ground anyways anyone i talk to says the lake is crystal clear now but when you throw an anchor it comes out looking like it was dipped in chrome from the mercury and green shit sludge on the bottom...

Dipped in chrome? Man and I thought my lake was bad, Lake Erie seems pure compared this lake, sad what happened to this lake.
