Jazakallah, Islam stands out clear from terrorism and khwaarij, absolutely no excuse for shedding blood without a just cause, and especially the blood of a Muslim, the blood of whom is sacred for every other muslim.

Even according to great Scholars of Islam through the centuries, like Shykh ibn Taymiyah (ra), he mentions that those people who recruit and promote such acts are more worse then those who carry out these acts because they spread the fitnah more.
