Thanks. I did a 24 day juice feast, and now raw vegan. It's going good and I feel wonderful. Who knew? A whole new world opens up when the knowledge really sinks in about the food we consume as a nation opposed to what is actually healthy for us. It is so simple. How did I miss this for so long? Why are other people missing this knowledge?
