Why weren't Therapy? bigger than they were? Perhaps because everyone tried to tie them into the grunge movement, and they didn't fit the Britpop brigade when it started.

I agree, a very very under-rated band. They sounded amazing and had enough great songs that they stood up damn well among mid-90s noise-merchants. IMHO they never made a stand-out classic album, but anyone who doesn't get the urge to listen to "So Much For The Ten Year Plan" really loud every now and then is a fool or a buffoon or both. They did noise-rock that got your toes tapping and melodic pop that made your ears bleed. They deserve a medal and I'm going to make them one.

i remember being really pissed off when this song only got to number 29 in the charts back in 1998, was hoping it would go top ten. Shed Seven charted higher which added insult :(

I remember finding this on a video jukebox in a takeaway one drunken night in the late 90s and being so excited it was on there that myself and two friends put about a tenner in it and picked this song over and over. lol

We eventually got kicked out when the staff had heard it about 20 odd times, it's the only time I've been forcibly ejected from somewhere in my life but it was worth it! :]

Josemexicodf, Therapy? are still going strong. They released One Cure Fits all in 2006, a webgig in 2007 and their BBC Sessions spanning back 16 years, is a avaliable.
