I can't believe that only Little Jerry, Chrissy and Big Jeffy appeared here. And also here, as well, Chrissy has been referred to here as "Richie". It's just not fair. Little Jerry and the Monotones is just not the same without Rockin' Richard or Jeff Moss as Big Jeffy.
Oh, yeah, and BTW, where's Rockin' Richard when we needed him?
Even though Richard Hunt died before this was made, they COULD have used another performer, but the puppet for Rockin' Richard probably got messed up, so they couldn't use him.
Well actually, I orignally thougt that Chrissy was called by his regular name when announced by Little Jerry, since Muppetdude told me that Chrissy was refered by 2 names (Chrissy and Richie), which I thought was both in this episode, but I think he meant he was called Chrissy in "Mountain Of Love".
Continuing from my last comment, listening more carefully, I think he's called "Richie" in both scenes, but the first one is hard to hear (which is why I hope I can burn this to dvd, record it, then play subtitles to see if I'm right if he's refered to "Richie" or not.
Again, continuing from my previous comment, Garrettk41 told me that it may have been possible that the performers were confused on who's Richard or Chrissy because of all the inconsisty, so they decided to combine his and Richard's name, which I think probably made some people think Chrissy was Richard in this song. But I honestly think if the Lavender Monotone was intended to be Richard, it would be "Rockin' Richie" and not "Little Richie".
From 2000. BTW, this is the last known appearance of Little Jerry and the Monotones before the Children's Television Workshop changed its name to Sesame Workshop. I guess we better classified "Little Jerry and the Monotones" as the Children's Television Workshop characters.

Wow, Elmo really messed up Chrissy's name. No wonder he never knew the band quite well! :-P
This is really cool in better quality. Peace out. :-)
