  • @StarvMarv - you use it for 3 minutes on each treatment area. You don't have to use a moisturiser afterwards, but skin can feel slightly taut, so it's personal preference. More info is available on our website

  • What if you have it all over your face, do you move it around for 3 minutes? Or do you leave it in one spot for 3 minutes, then move it to another spot for 3 minutes, then another, and etc.?

    And afterwards, do you just continue your day, or do you apply a moisturizer, etc.?
