@Hirofufumi penalty is for going for the ball without "releasing" the ball carrier. You must release the ball carrier before attempting to steal the ball (new rule to encourage running play style as of early 2010). An easy way to alert the referee to you releasing the player is by clapping. Benn Robinson doesn't quite fully release the carrier.
