If you were going to buy a new wireless guitar anyway, you might as well buy the guitar bundle, but there isn't as much music as in other GH games and the difficulty rating has been turned down for the noobs. Guitar gods may not like it. Naturally, Aerosmith tunes dominate the setlist, so if you aren't an Aerosmith fan you may not like it as much as GH III. You also can't import new songs. It's not worth paying full price with or without the guitar, so try to buy it at a discount.

Exactly, it's pretty bad. I beat it on expert in a day. That would be okay, but I have no desire to go back and play any of the Aerosmith songs.

hyperspeed doesnt make it really go faster it goes faster but the notes are spred out more so u hit at the pace as without hyperspeed

But if you've already played the song, you don't need a lot of reaction time. Hyperspeed helps for sections of notes that are really close together by spreading them out.

I can't really imagine playing (old)Satyricon or Dissection on guitar hero.. :D but something like lamb of god, meshuggah, strapping young lad... but to be honest, I kinda listen to all kinds of music. My favourites in GH so far have been Lamb of God - Laid to rest, Buckethead - Jordan, Eric Johnson - Cliffs of dover, Paint it black, Hangar 18 aand Dethklok's - Thunderhorse :) And now the whole "Guitar Virtuoso" pack from xbox live. And hell, I can't wait for GH: Metallica, so I'm really not complaining :D
